歡迎使用有聲聖經應用程式(以下簡稱「本應用程式」)。本使用者條款規範您使用本應用程式的相關權利與義務。當您下載、安裝或使用本應用程式時,即表示您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受本條款的所有內容。
Welcome to the Audio Bible application (hereinafter referred to as "this application"). These Terms of Service govern your rights and obligations regarding the use of this application. By downloading, installing, or using this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of these terms.
服務內容 / Service Content
1. 應用程式功能
本應用程式提供以下主要功能:
- 聖經有聲播放功能,讓您方便使用手機聆聽聖經內容
- 聖經文字閱讀功能
- 每日讀經進度計劃,幫助您在一年內完成整本聖經的閱讀
This application provides the following main features: Audio Bible playback for convenient listening on your mobile phone, text reading, and daily reading plans to complete the entire Bible in one year.
2. 音頻下載
本應用程式的有聲聖經音頻檔案收集自開放的網路資源,並透過我們的網站伺服器提供下載到您的設備上,以便離線播放。下載的音頻檔案僅儲存在您的設備本地,供您個人使用。
The Audio Bible files are collected from open internet resources and provided through our website server for download to your device for offline playback. The downloaded audio files are stored locally on your device for your personal use only.
3. 服務使用與訂閱
本應用程式提供 7 天免費試用期,試用期結束後需付費訂閱以繼續使用完整功能。
- 新用戶可享有 7 天免費試用期
- 試用期結束後,需透過應用程式商店進行訂閱付費
- 訂閱費用和方案以應用程式內顯示為準
- 訂閱管理和取消請透過您的應用程式商店帳戶設定
我們致力於提供穩定、優質的服務,但不保證服務不會中斷或完全無錯誤。
This application provides a 7-day free trial period. After the trial period ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the full features. New users can enjoy a 7-day free trial. Subscription fees and plans are subject to the display in the application. Please manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings. We strive to provide stable and quality services, but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or completely error-free.
權限說明 / Permission Explanation
通話狀態讀取權限
本應用程式需要讀取手機是否處於通話狀態的權限,此權限僅用於:
- 當手機有來電時,自動暫停音訊播放
- 確保通話優先,避免干擾您的正常通訊
重要聲明:此權限不會用於收集任何資料。所有過程完全在您的設備本地運行,沒有任何資料收集,沒有將任何資料向外部傳送。
The application requires permission to read the phone's call status. This permission is only used to automatically pause audio playback during incoming calls and ensure call priority. Important: This permission will not be used to collect any data. All processes run locally on your device, with no data collection and no data transmission to external parties.
付費訂閱條款 / Subscription Terms

- 免費試用期: 7 天(僅限新用戶首次訂閱)
- 訂閱期限: 月訂閱/年訂閱(依您選擇的方案)
- 訂閱價格: 將在 App 內及 App Store 產品頁面顯示
- 扣款時間: 確認購買後將立即從您的 App Store 帳戶扣款
- 自動續訂: 訂閱將自動續訂,除非在當前訂閱期結束前至少 24 小時取消
- 續訂扣款: 續訂費用將在當前訂閱期結束前 24 小時內從您的帳戶扣款

1. 訂閱方案
本應用程式採用訂閱制服務模式。具體訂閱方案、價格和期間將在應用程式內清楚顯示。
2. 免費試用
新用戶首次使用可享有 7 天免費試用期。試用期內您可以體驗所有完整功能。試用期結束前,系統會提醒您即將開始收費。
重要提醒: 如果您在免費試用期間不想繼續訂閱,請務必在試用期結束前至少 24 小時取消訂閱,以避免被收費。
Important: If you do not wish to continue the subscription during the free trial, please cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.
3. 自動續訂
訂閱將自動續訂,除非您在當前訂閱期結束前至少 24 小時取消訂閱。續訂費用將在當前訂閱期結束前 24 小時內從您的帳戶扣除。
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
4. 訂閱管理與取消 / Managing and Canceling Subscriptions
您可以隨時透過您的應用程式商店帳戶設定來管理或取消訂閱。取消訂閱將在當前訂閱期結束時生效,您仍可使用服務直到該期間結束。
iOS 用戶取消訂閱步驟 / How to Cancel Subscription on iOS:
步驟 1: 打開「設定」 Step 1: Open Settings
打開 iPhone 的「設定」,點擊最上方您的 Apple ID (您的名字)
Open iPhone Settings and tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top
步驟 2: 選擇「訂閱項目」 Step 2: Select Subscriptions
在 Apple ID 頁面中,選擇「訂閱項目」
In your Apple ID page, select "Subscriptions"
步驟 3: 取消訂閱 Step 3: Cancel Subscription
選擇「有聲聖經」,然後點擊「取消訂閱」按鈕
Select "Audio Bible" and tap "Cancel Subscription" button
💡 提示 / Tips:
- 取消後,您仍可使用服務直到當前訂閱期結束
- You can still use the service until the end of current subscription period after cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, and you can continue to use the service until then.
5. 退款政策 / Refund Policy
退款政策遵循您使用的應用程式商店(Apple App Store)的退款規定。所有購買和退款請求均由 Apple 處理。我們無法直接處理退款事宜,請直接聯繫相應的應用程式商店客服。

Refund policies follow the regulations of Apple App Store. All purchases and refund requests are processed by Apple. Please contact Apple Support directly for refund matters.
6. 訂閱條款的重要資訊 / Important Subscription Information
- 訂閱價格可能因地區而異,以您所在地區的 App Store 顯示為準
- 付款將從您的 Apple ID 帳戶收取
- 訂閱在當前期間結束前至少 24 小時自動續訂
- 您可以在購買後前往帳戶設定管理訂閱並關閉自動續訂
- 免費試用期的任何未使用部分(如果提供)將在用戶購買訂閱時被沒收
Subscription prices may vary by region. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
使用者責任 / User Responsibilities
1. 合法使用
您同意僅將本應用程式用於合法目的,不得利用本應用程式從事任何違法或侵害他人權益的行為。
2. 設備與網路
您需自行負責準備使用本應用程式所需的設備與網路連線。下載有聲聖經音頻檔案需要網路連線,下載後可離線播放。使用網路下載時可能產生的數據傳輸費用由您自行承擔。
3. 付費責任
若您選擇付費訂閱,您需確保提供準確的付款資訊,並同意按照所選方案支付相應費用。您有責任維護帳戶的安全性。
4. 內容使用
本應用程式提供的聖經內容僅供個人靈修與學習使用,不得用於商業用途。訂閱服務僅供訂閱帳戶持有人個人使用,不得與他人共享帳戶。
You agree to use this application only for lawful purposes, ensure you have the necessary equipment and internet connection, and use the Bible content provided solely for personal devotional and learning purposes.
智慧財產權 / Intellectual Property
本應用程式的軟體程式碼、使用者介面設計等,均受智慧財產權法律保護。
本應用程式提供的有聲聖經音頻檔案收集自開放的網路資源,僅供個人靈修學習使用。
The software code and user interface design of this application are protected by intellectual property laws. The Audio Bible files provided are collected from open internet resources and are for personal devotional and learning use only.
免責聲明 / Disclaimer
本應用程式係依「現狀」提供服務。我們不對服務的適用性、可靠性、即時性、完整性或無錯誤提供任何明示或默示的保證。
在法律允許的最大範圍內,我們不對因使用或無法使用本應用程式所造成的任何直接、間接、偶然、特殊或衍生性損害負責。
This application is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this application.
服務終止 / Service Termination
我們保留在以下情況下暫停或終止您使用本應用程式的權利:
- 您違反本使用者條款
- 您從事非法或不當行為
- 基於技術或安全原因需要終止服務
若您的訂閱帳戶被終止,您將無法獲得任何已支付費用的退款,除非法律另有規定。
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of this application if you violate these terms, engage in illegal or improper conduct, or for technical or security reasons.
條款修改 / Terms Modification
我們保留隨時修改本使用者條款的權利。條款修改後,我們將在應用程式中公告修改內容。繼續使用本應用程式即表示您接受修改後的條款。
若您不同意修改後的條款,請停止使用本應用程式並取消訂閱。
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of this application indicates your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, please stop using this application and cancel your subscription.
適用法律 / Applicable Law
本使用者條款的解釋、效力及爭議解決,均適用中華民國法律。如因本條款產生任何爭議,雙方同意以台灣台中地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
